Questions

Do I need the Play Store or App Store?

No. Ultimate App is a web app: it installs from Chrome on Android or Safari on iPhone, takes less than 1 MB and updates itself every time you open it.

Can tourists use it?

Yes. Create an account with your mobile number or email, top up your wallet with QR Ph (GCash, Maya or any Philippine bank app) or cash at an MCTC center, and you're set for rides, food and tours.

How much are Credits and BCash worth?

Exactly one peso each: 1 Credit = 1 BCT = ₱1.00. The price you see is the price you pay.

Can I pay my ride in cash?

Yes. When you book with URide you choose how to pay: cash to the driver, or from your wallet.

I drive an E-Trike. How do I join?

Install the URide Driver app, sign up with your name, mobile, email, TODA and vehicle type, and take a photo. You can add your license and OR/CR later in the app.

Is my money safe?

Payments always need your sign-in, every transaction is recorded in your wallet history, and top-ups go through QR Ph, the national QR payment standard.
